Abstract [en]

Vulcan Mountain Hospital is a temporary infectious disease hospital that was built to treat people with the COVID-19 in Wuhan, China. The final outcome reached a great success even under the adverse background, like the shortage of time and resource, due to the unpredictability of the infectious disease, there is still a need to seek the structure and effectiveness in the tasks of how the construction was completed. To sort out the whole construction in a structured way, Enterprise Modelling was used to analyze and find the connection between components involved in the construction. By using the data generation method of document study, the Goals Model, Business Process Model and Actor & Resource Model was drawn and united as final Enterprise Model, Key factors of the success of construction and problems happened in the construction were identified by analyzing the documents. Enterprise  Model, key factors were combined to develop a guideline that shows needed processes and actors cater to other types of construction of a hospital in urgent need. Solutions regarding to problems also will be suggested. The two research questions were answered by presenting the modeling process of the construction and final guideline, by conducting this research, we hope to propose a recommendation of how to build a construction in the emergency occasion and other similar projects.
