Coronavirus (COVID-19) has spread all over the world at the beginning of 2020, many enterprises suffered from this epidemic, such as the problems of lacking raw material, high pressure of being infected, sluggish market and so on. China has got through this period and resumed work. A manufacturing company named Finecables will be studied as a case, and the purpose is to provide references for other companies that may face or have these problems and provide guidelines for manufacturing enterprise based on current market and enterprise itself situation. Enterprise Modeling, change analysis, and strength, weakness, opportunity and threat (SWOT) analysis are used to find the potential risks and problems of Finecables in this research. Through document studies, questionnaires, and two interviews, the enterprise goals, risks, and problems were identified. The risks of resumption work are from employees, communication, infection of COVID-19, and market. With the help of the enterprise model and combined with the SWOT-analysis result, the six enterprise development guidelines are put in the recommendation. The recommendations includes strengthen IT department to improve work efficiency, engage manufacture medical machine, train the emergency team, minimize the recruitment of employees, restore normal work arrangements in non-productive sectors and reserve raw materials for production and try to buy from multiple channels. It can help manufacturing company to design better development schedule. By reading this research, the enterprises that may suffer the COVID-19 can have a better view of the problems and risks encounter. The guidelines mentioned in the research can be used for those enterprises in the process of resumption of work
