Nurses' experiences of working environment within hospital during theCOVID-19 pandemic : A literature review (English)
Abstract [sv]

Resultat: Resultatet delades in i tre huvudkategorier och sju underkategorier.

Opportunities in the work environment with subcategories; To experience the feeling of positive teamwork and To experience a supportive management and get the opportunity for further training in the workplace. Conclusions: Increased workload during the covid-19 pandemic contributed to reduced recovery and the risk of poorer quality of care. Nurses experienced discomfort using protective equipment and insecurity moving between different workplaces. Care was limited by the risk of infection, which challenged patient safety. Communication between organization/management was worse. This caused stress and frustration among nurses. At the same time, nurses experienced positive teamwork.
