Abstract [sv]

The aim with this essay was to examine personal communication, face - to - face, on Dalarna's Försäkringsbolag, and what the employees there consider about personal communication. We have used ourselves of a qualitative method based on interviews with eight employees on a unit. The result showed that the personal communication within three areas; manager - employee, colleagues, and personnel meeting, functioned good according to the employees. Our conclusion of the survey is that within all areas is personal communication is hugely important, on the basis of a social and work related perspectives. Personal communication was the procedure that the employees preferred to use themselves of, before technical tools. The study showed that dialogue offers possibilities to understand and to interpret each other best. This in turn contributes to a better work environment and a more effective organisation.
