Abstract [en]

What is the prospect of reaching the Swedish national target of reducing energy for heating by 20 percent to the year 2020? This paper discusses the nature of, and link between, individual decision-making and structural change. Examples are taken from a field study focused on the buying and selling of heating systems and single-family houses.
