Abstract [sv]

Syfte: Syftet med litteraturöversikten var att beskriva icke farmakologiska behandlingsmetoder och betydelsen av dessa, för personer som drabbats av arbetsrelaterad stress.Metod: Studien genomfördes som en litteraturöversikt som baserades på 15 vetenskapliga artiklar. Databaser som användes vid artikelsökning var Cinahl, PubMed och Web of Sience. Av de artiklar som sedan valdes delades de in i teman och subteman för att jämföra och se betydelsen av dessa.Resultat: Litteraturöversikten resulterade i att de icke farmakologiska behandlingsmetoder och betydelsen av dessa, påvisade att arbetsrelaterad stress minskade. Deltagarna fick betydelsefulla verktyg och strategier för att lära sig hantera sin stress.Slutsats: Det framgick av litteraturöversikten att det fanns ett flertal icke farmakologiska behandlingsmetoder att tillgå. Betydelsen av behandlingarna gav stress reducering samt minskning av arbetsrelaterade stress symtom.

Abstract [en]

Purpose: The purpose of the literature review was to describe non-pharmacological treatment and the importance of these, for people affected by work-related stress.Method: The study was conducted as a literature review based on 15 scientific articles. Databases used in article increase was, Cinahl, PubMed and Web of Sience. Of the articles that since elected were divided into themes and subthemes to compare and see the importance of these.Results: The literature review resulted in the non-pharmacological treatment and the importance of these, revealed that occupational stress reduction. Participants were important tools and strategies to learn how to manage their stress.Conclusion: It was clear from the literature that there were several non-pharmacological treatment available. The significance of the treatments resulted in stress reduction and reduction of work-related stress symptoms.
