Can you describe your introduction in three words? -It´s enough with one word, non-existent.

The purpose of this study was to gain a deeper understanding of how newly qualified social workers in the social services for children and young management experience their introduction and psychosocial work environment. One aim was to gain a better understanding of the factors that contributed to their continuing professional development. The survey was conducted with a qualitative approach in the form of six semi-structured interviews with social workers who graduated within the last two years, and whom is working with children and youth management. The theory that we the writers related to the Thores Theorells requirements-control and support-model. The results section showed that all interview participants experienced a total lack of introduction. The results also showed that there are ambivalent feelings about how they perceive their psychosocial work environment. The majority of interview participants described their work as important and saw their work as meaningful. At the same time described the gaps as large negative effect on their health and well-being. This is because of the absence of introduction.

Kan du beskriva din introduktion med tre ord? - Det räcker med ett, obefintlig.

Syftet med den här studien var att få en djupare förståelse av hur nyutexaminerade socialsekreterare inom socialtjänstens barn- och ungdomsenheten upplever sin introduktion och psykosociala arbetsmiljö. Ett delsyfte var att få en ökad kunskap om vilka faktorer som bidragit till att de fortsätter inom yrket. Undersökningen har genomförts med ett kvalitativt tillvägagångsätt i form av sex stycken semistrukturerade intervjuer med socionomer som examinerats inom de senaste två åren och som arbetar med barn- och ungdomshandläggning. Den teori som vi författare relaterat till är Thöres Theorells krav-kontroll stödmodellen. I resultatavsnittet framkom att samtliga intervjudeltagare upplevt en total avsaknad av introduktion. Resultatet visade även att det råder ambivalenta känslor kring hur de uppfattar sin psykosociala arbetsmiljö. Majoriteten av intervjudeltagarna beskrev sitt arbete som betydelsefullt och såg sina arbetsuppgifter som meningsfulla. Samtidigt beskrevs kunskapsluckorna som stora vilket påverkat deras hälsa och mående negativt. Detta på grund av avsaknad av introduktion.
