Digitalization has affected today's society in many different ways. Which is not so strange that it has affected companies worldwide in many different ways, not least regarding accounting. Digitalization is liked by many, but there are those that does not see it as positively, and experience the digitization in accounting negatively. In previous research, a lot of studies have been done from an accounting firm's or accounting consultant's point of view. Where many advantages are noted and very few disadvantages are highlighted. Therefore have the purpuse of this study been made from clients of accounting firms point of view.The purpuse of the study has been to develop an understanding and describe how clients of accounting firms experiencing the digitalization of accounting services. In order to fulfill our purpose, a qualitative method has been used, where six people were interviewed. We carried out interviews with respondents that were bussiness owners of smaller companies. The conclusion indicates that digitalization in accounting has made it easier for bussiness owners to report daily transactions, time saving and smother since they can remote all the company events from everywhere they are. Since the accounting has been easier, timesaving and smother, because of the digitalization the respondents has been enabled to focus on other tasks. Since the accounting systems are doing most of the work, checkout system are linked to the ongoing accounting, invoices can be scanned and the system will sort them out. The digitalization has even made the accounting almost paperless. But their are stil some deficiency with the digitalization one reason is the internet connection, other reason to the deficiency is if the systems crashes.
